She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! "The guys that came to my apartment to clean my carpet were professional, knowledgeable and well groomed. I was surprise that they came with a Bissell carpet cleaning machine the kind you see in ads. After the carpet was cleaned it remain wet until the next day and once it was dry I could see areas that still looked as if it was dirty. My carpet looks better after they clean it, but, I specifically requested the mobile cleaning unit and since this is my first experience hiring I carpet cleaning service I would not use Serviz again."
