"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"BK CLEANING SERVICES was Excellent very knowledgeable about Carpet Cleaning, he was on time and finished in a timely manner. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend BK Cleaning Services my carpet looks great and smells fresh. Very satisfied Customer"

"The guys that came to my apartment to clean my carpet were professional, knowledgeable and well groomed. I was surprise that they came with a Bissell carpet cleaning machine the kind you see in ads. After the carpet was cleaned it remain wet until the next day and once it was dry I could see areas that still looked as if it was dirty. My carpet looks better after they clean it, but, I specifically requested the mobile cleaning unit and since this is my first experience hiring I carpet cleaning service I would not use Serviz again."

"They sent 3 people and one of them I would hire her in a minute to come back and clean my house. She was really, really good. One of them was okay, and the third one would have needed supervision, but she was younger. It was fine when they were done but I can tell which room each one did because one of them was a whole lot better than the other 2. If somebody needed some work that they couldn't do like scrubbing baseboards and things like that, they were fine. I had a coupon that Angie's List had online which was 6 hours of work, but they sent 3 people and you get 2 hours. It went well. I got what I needed done. If you have housecleaning jobs that you just haven't got to for a while, they are great for it, like if you are doing spring cleaning they are probably great for coming in and doing that. They come in and do things that you just have no time to do. The price was really good. The one girl I think was just learning and the other 2 were like helping train her so I am going to judge on the 2 that knew what they were doing. They were very professional."

"Excellent, the carpet looked like new"
