"Very nice to deal with. A little informal in their business practice. The parts of the carpet that they cleaned came out great. Unfortunately, the did not move the sofa to clean under that as was agreed to. They are coming back though to do this at no charge. Cost of the service increased over the price of the phone which I was not very happy with, though I would use them again, but I would required a signed contract prior to letting them do any work."
