"The carpets cleaned was for a re-rental in a somewhat newly constructed town house. The carpets were in a fairly clean condition to begin with. So I hired this company to basically refresh the carpets on the entire top floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk-in closets. Since this was a "dry" cleaning it was satisfactory for what I needed to have done. However, it the carpets were heavily soiled or showed more wear; then I would have opted for a "wet" or "steam" type cleaning which would be more appropriate for that type of condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this company again for "light" freshening of any of my rental units. However, for heavy duty cleaning, I would definitely use a different company that does a "wet" cleaning. There is a difference and it's just a matter of knowing what your needs are."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"
