"What a terrific company! The owner, Cindy responded immediately to my request for services. She did a free walk through and gave me her price. I knew immediately that #1 Cleaning was the choice for me. My 3-bedroom rental was not an easy place to clean. It was old and dusty. We had lived there for 23 years so you can imagine. Her crew of two amazingly thorough and very pleasant women were on the case! They were hard working and did not miss a spot. Plus I liked their choices of cleaning products. "The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Rick replaced my HVAC system. The process was seamless. We scheduled an appointment to inspect the existing system, and the available options were openly discussed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure to choose one system over another. In comparing his estimate to other companies, I found that I'd saved a lot of money. We discovered an incompatibility between the new equipment and the yet to be installed alarm system. Rick worked closely with the alarm company to make to marry the two systems.
