Based on how many hours and how many people it would require to complete the job, I estimated the cost at $350 including labor and materials. The first company who gave me a $1,600 quote., said they would schedule two people. I would have provided some of the materials (shingles and felt paper underlay). Trademark Roofing’s estimator gave me a $350 quote, without my prompting, had the materials in his truck, and could start immediately. I agreed, and the job was finished in about 3 hrs. He left the site completely free of any debris. Perfection in every regard.

They do quality work and will leave your viynl floors looking amazing! You will need to watch them when it comes to clean-up...they missed a few spots on doors and base-cabinets where their scrubber splashed water on, otherwise great service.
