We liked that Lucia's company was family run, and still professional. We have no regrets! Our schedule is always changing and Lucia has been accommodating to our confusing schedules for the twice a month cleaning. We come back from a busy day and ate greeted with fresh smelling, clean, tidy apartment. I enjoy that she and her team sometimes folds the throw blankets into a pattern. Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again.
