"We had our floors stripped and waxed, along with a light deep clean of the bathrooms (2) Lobby/reception(3) along with complete dusting/wipe down and vacuum. The. Royal Sanitation group was professional, friendly and fairly priced with room to negotiate pricing with flexible janitorial packaging. The owner did our walk through himself. He was professional, Respectful and very accommodating. 10/10 service and will be using them in the near future."

"They were extremely responsive from the get go and gave me a quote after a brief phone call. After booking, I had a few questions that were answered very transparently. We used the move out cleaning, window and blind cleaning, and carpet cleaning services. After the services were done, the house looked phenomenal! Highly recommend!"
