Came the next day when I wanted them to. You don't need to buy any supplies they come fully prepared. They let you know ahead of time what they use. I needed cleaning supplies for Marble and stone and they did not have but I needed that for my floors and countertops. Molly picked it up the day of my cleaning and called me that morning. I was very impressed. They cleaned my house very well. Everything that I requested on my notes before hiring they did. I was moving back into my house after being rented out. And I requested them to focus on my floors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom wall tiles which was so well cleaned all my friends came over and said excellent job. The whole bathroom. "When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
