I knew immediately that #1 Cleaning was the choice for me. My 3-bedroom rental was not an easy place to clean. It was old and dusty. We had lived there for 23 years so you can imagine. "Company responded immediately to my initial inquiry thru' Angi, and responded to my initial questions. Set up apt. for service a week out and vendor kept in contact at all times re arrival window, arrival time etc. Deni arrived at expected/communicated time, explained job to be done, took before & after photos etc. and was very very careful to cover surrounding area of fireplace and clean up job was great. I didn't have to do any clean up work. Also got clothes dryer vent cleaned out. A very good experience from start to finish. Deni has very good communication skills."
