"This was duct cleaning and NOT install The only issues I had 1. Was that I was not told that they had a chemical that would kill the bacteria, certain viruses and mold when I booked the service. When I booked the service I told them about my extensive allergic reaction to all the dust mites that would be stirred up. So I spent hours covering things with plastic to prevent more dust mites getting into my clothing/bedding/furniture. 2. Nor was I told that they would be cleaning the ducts via the attic. I had moved lots of furniture to give them access to the ducts - I am getting too old to be doing this."
