"I needed my upstairs dryer vent cleaned. Amanda came out and looked at everything and explained all the charges before starting. I had a birds nest in my vent. She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. She even explained what to look for to make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend them."

"We bought our home in the summer of 2022 and the A/C unit had not been cleaned or serviced since it was installed new in 2019. I called One Hour for cleaning and general maintenance and the service technician Devin did an excellent job in thoroughly cleaning the unit and checking it out for potential issues. He was personable, honest and very professional and I highly recommend him. The cost of the service call was also reasonable so I will be using One Hour for my HVAC maintenance going forward."

"Anthony's cleaned up a couple of maple trees from storm damage, took down two pine trees and trimmed a couple of other trees as well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up . The guys he sent out were a friendly and courteous crew. I almost gave him a 4.5 in customer service because initially it was not clear when they would actually be able to do the work. But, when I asked and let him know my schedule, he jumped right on it. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him."
