Not sure they are really both professional cleaners, left soap scum on shower initially and then had to reclean with different procuct, used kitchen sink for mop bucket without asking, furniture wipe down left spots on wood, missed dirt in tighter areas. Overall, I thought $175 was pretty expensive for the work done."

"Franco is awesome, I got called back right away and because of the urgency he was accommodating of my schedule. He also brought materials to show me. Laid it out so I can see what pattern I am looking at. He replaced for me the fireplace hearth and fixed some mortar cracks, when he was done I noticed I had missed a few holes to tell him about and so he was nice enough to fill them in.
