"I love working with this company! I have been using them for about two years now. They are very friendly and I feel extremely trustworthy.  They will do anything I ask them to, most of the time without extra cost, unless it's a big job.  Normal cleaning for my house, which I have done every two weeks, includes dusting/polishing all surfaces (the blinds too), vacuuming (sometimes shampooing), the bathrooms (toilets, tubs, floors, counters and mirrors), the kitchen (counters, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and floor), and finally cleaning my hard wood and tile floors.  All of that for a very reasonable price.

"I appreciated their quick response (next day) the first time I used them. Setup recurring cleaning every three weeks. On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."

"The work was completed to our satisfaction.  The crew leader happily re-cleaned any windows, window tracks and window sills where we were not completely satisfied.  In the process, he identified windows that were not clean, and he rewashed them as necessary. Our only complaint is that they arrived one hour later than the timeframe promised on the first day, and 2 1/2 hours later than the timeframe promised on the second day.  We brought this concern to both the owner of the local franchise, and the lead worker's attention.  They have assured us that this will not occur in the future.  Based on this promise, I will use them again."

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."
