"In contractor selection, I view the decision like a 3-legged stool with each of the legs representing: price, quality and customer service and requiring all three legs for the stool to function. I was blown away with HomeSmiles. From the first contact from the owner who quoted the project to a superb power washing of my home, outbuilding and composite deck by 2 talented men, I was not disappointed & the results are amazing. On the day of the project, the crew texted me 30 mins. prior, arrived on-time in professional truck, project was discussed and they started immediately. A communication issue arose & how it was handled is what “knocked it out of the ball park” for me. The man acknowledged the issue & said “Don’t worry-We will make this right”- a rare trait in today’s business setting. Overall, HomeSmiles made a superb impression with their good communications, superb power washing work product & SUPERIOR customer service."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
