"I have used A Step Above previously for carpet cleaning and will continue to do so in the future. They are very responsive and when they give a timeframe for service, they consistently meet it. They are great at communicating reminders and they call when on their way. They do an awesome job and their technicians are very friendly and professional. They follow-up to ensure quality service. I highly recommend them."

"I did not use their service. I declined their services. They were prompt, on time, and courteous. I'll use them again if I need them. They were looking to encapsulate my crawl space, which was going to be up into thousands of dollars. I was just trying to insure that when my house was sold, that a home inspector didn't come along and say I had mold in my house or crawl space etc, which would of prevented me from selling my house until the issue was resolved. I didn't really have mold, they just wanted to come in and encapsulate your house. That wasn't needed to be done."

"Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job."

"Joshua Burton did a fantastic job! Before starting, he and I spent much time in person reviewing the project which was installing a solar powered attic fan on a metal roof which had to be customized as well as cleaning the garage exterior. In spite of 95° weather, he persevered and did an outstanding job on all the work. Can’t recommend him enough!"

"I am so consistently happy with the work done by Marie and her employees. I think I’ve met each of them over the last year and a half, and they are all so professional, diligent, kind, and respectful. Marie is an excellent communicator and very flexible in meeting my family’s needs. Her rates are very good, and I’m always happy with their service. I’ve had regular service from other cleaning companies before, and Cleans by Marie is the best."

"Service was fantastic and thorough. Maintenance was well explained to keep everything in top shape."
