"I had the ladies(one being the owner) do a "deep clean" of my home and they are excellent and very nice. Brought all their own cleaning supplies and did a thorough job everywhere. Followed up with a call to see if I was satisfied! I will use them again in the future for sure."

"I needed my fridge desperately cleaned. Serene Lux exceeded my expectations. I had the honor of getting the owner to clean my fridge. She traveled out here, and I was honored. She threw away all old food ( and asked me each step of the way) so I was always informed. So, she took everything out and cleaned each drawer by hand and the inside of the fridge. It looked like a brand-new fridge. I've never seen someone do that before. She also cleaned off every condiment bottle. Truly amazing. I can't wait until she expands her service to San Antonio. This company will prosper, and I will gladly support it."

"I have been getting my home cleaned by this company for over 4 years. Prompt and efficient service."

"Professional, neat and clean,on time and friendly. Will use again."

"This is a premium company which provides, maybe even six star service! The owner, Lance, showed up exactly when he said he would with an assistant and professional grade equipment then each step of the cleaning procedure was thoroughly explained before initiation. I especially appreciated that only demineralized (soft) water was used as cleaner, sparing my landscaping a bath in soapy water. The street view really showed off my sparkling, clean windows. I will also use this company to clean my solar panels. I wholeheartedly endorse From the Ground Up!"

"Outstanding....best cleaning service I've ever had. Outstanding communications from the scheduler from start to finish. Technician's attention to detail in all facets of the cleaning was outstanding, and he was the most polite and professional person I've encountered in years. H Town gets an A+ from this family."

"I was 110% satisfied with Cleaning Authority services. Once Abbi, the estimator came to the house, fully explained how everything works and the cost of service every two weeks, I opted for the every two weeks at a cost I could afford. What a great choice! To day was their first trip. Sun and Roselinda were fantastic! They did everything Abbi said they would. I hope they are who comes every time in the future."

"The cleaning of the AC ducts and registers, as well as the treatment for moldy areas was done efficiently and thoroughly. Mr. Boyd did an excellent job in keeping all areas protected from debris, and made sure all was clean after he finished the job. He was on time and kept the schedule. He detailed everything in advance, and offered options to the client. I'm very satisfied with the job, and recommend his business."
