"Our project involved removing a 6-year application of an 'amateurish' job with epoxy paint on our large garage floor. Then, to properly prepare the surface for the new application (as that was not done the first time!). And what a difference!!! Even though we started out with a small glitch due to our personal color selection, everything worked out and we are extremely pleased. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and took great care to ensure we were happy with the finished project. "The job was completed. The rebar was not placed in the footing. A rebar pole was placed in the cement blocks that were already stacked every 3 feet after the footing/base had already dried. Concrete was also mixed and placed where those poles were placed. I requested the stucco to be tinted instead of painted. The stucco was rushed painted and needed a 3rd coat. He left the paint instead. I have requested a receipt of payment 9 times now and still have not received one."

"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."
