Libra Construction beside the curb cut for my driveway the made a new wall by replacing the old wall and made a foundation to use 8" sand blocks and placing steel bar every 3' then finish the job with stucco the whole wall. Let me tell you I'M not an easy person to do business with since I'M a business man myself and very picky also. However, I'M very happy with the work done.
