"From the moment I contacted Paramount Pavers & construction, Isaac was in contact. Before the project began he came and went over the whole project answering any questions. First was the concrete crew. They were like a well oiled machine. They removed the old sidewalk & porches and hauled away all the old concrete neatly and profesionally. The new concrete was poured and it looked like artists at work! Next, the porches were formed, the concrete was poured and Alfonso created the waterproof porches. During all phases of the constrution, Isaac was in contact with us and stopped by multiple times to make sure all was going well. One time when I had a question, he was over an hour away but still came by to explain and talk to me about my concerns. Our front walkway and stairs look so much better and function so much better. "A company like no other!! Encore builders did a fantastic job on our front yard. I had been debating between artificial grass and sod for quite some time now. I know artificial grass is less work but I prefer to have the real deal - nothing like the smell of a fresh mowed lawn(; I honestly didnâ t even consult with any other company. My sister did a huge project with Encore Builders in the Malibu area about a year ago and the results were flawless and look as good today as it did when the project was freshly completed. Brandon and Ozzy came over to scope out the area and take some measurements and we went ahead and set a date to start the project. The crew workers came over and removed all the previous debris and grass. They leveled out the area and added some fertilizer. The following day they came with the fresh sod and laid it out in perfect rows. As you can see there are no gaps between sod pieces and everything looks fabulous! Brandon and Oz said the frequent rain will actually help the sod and allow it establish roots (usually Im not a fan of the rain but hey at least there was a bright side this time). I canâ t wait to see the results in a few months once the grass has settled in. Now in addition to the beautiful work Brandon and Oz have done - I just say their charming personalities is what truly stands out. I understand why they have such glowing reviews and why my sister was adamant I use their services. They are just two down to earth guys who know their stuff. "I highly recommend Etan Home Construction. We needed a large concrete slab on the side of our home and needed some trees removed as well. Edward from Etan Home Construction was great to work with. I had 3 companies come out and give me estimations and Edward's estimation was not only fair, but I had a good feeling about him. He seemed honest and reliable, which proofed to be true. He came out with his crew a week later, removed the trees, leveled the area completely, finished the job on time and did a marvelous job. Concrete looks great. "I previously had hired Mike for a smaller job at an investment property in January 2019. I like him so much, I asked him to do the entire hardscape/landscape for my newly remodeled home. The hitch: I was still working with a GC for the interior of the home, and had essentiallly "fired" the GC for the yard, so I was worried there might be hard feelings. Mike was confident he could do the work and bridge the gap between his crew and our house contractors - and he did! The two crews had to work together a number of times, sharing information about drainage plans, moving electrical under the house and out to the exterior of the patio, etc. From my perspective, it was seamless. Mike is also great about offering input on design - I was overwhelmed with taking on another design project in light of the work I was doing on the interior, and Mike handled it well - he offered suggestions, was willing to take my input and change his mind, and was flexible when I told him I wanted to "go cheap" in a portion of the yard because we were on a strict budget. We ended up with a beautiful yard and patio! Mike also thought up some budget-friendly choices for me when I asked for pavers on the patio - we did a beautiful stamped concrete that I am very pleased with. He came when he said he would, his crew was efficient, clean and friendly, and Mike himself was on-site much of the time. When I had concerns during the project, he would come right over to discuss them and make changes (if necessary), and after the project was done (and we had filled our coffers again), he added more landscaping and did the lighting for me. He will always be my go-to hardscape and landscaper!"
