They arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before beginning the project. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. They worked slowly, carefully, and thoughtfully to ensure the project was completed without causing any damage to my concrete slab. They also pitched my slab perfectly, which was very important to me. I truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and professionalism they put into the entire job. "It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. I think I didn’t explain one part of what I wanted very well. They came back out and made sure I was satisfied. I am now looking at another project for them since that one went so well. They were always quick to respond and we got it scheduled and completed way faster than expected even with a couple rain days."

"The project of replacing our 25 yr old railroad tie retaining walls and stairs with stone came out better than we could have imagined. The owners and workers respected our concerns for our mature trees. Instead of machines tearing up our lawn, they hand dug the wall trenches. Each night they perfectly cleaned up the work site, our driveway, and the staging area in our circle. It was a unique experience and was much appreciated. They men were all very polite. "I only had a very small project. My trumpet vine had fall off the trellis and it is hugh. Juan and another employee got the vine pulled up and cut out the old trellis and put up the new trellis. Some of the vine needed cut out and they took care of that for me. I am very happy with the finished project. The small project I had was done.perfect."
