Once we signed the contract, Angel submitted for the county permit for the right-of-way portion of the work and I handled the submittal to the HOA. Both came quickly, and his company started to do the work a few days later. Angel kept us informed several times each day, would make recommendations when needed, and the work was completed in 5 days."
