"Scott Macdonald is friendly, easy to work with, and offers his expertise in a flexible way that helped me sort out how to think about details of a project, in this case filling in an in-ground pool and how to then landscape afterwards. He nicely revised the cost of an already signed contract downwards when part of my pool-fill came from a retaining wall construction project happening at the same time. I pestered him with some messages more than a few times prior to the start-up of this project, which he answered quickly, helpfully, and patiently. It’s also fun to watch someone work with excavation equipment so efficiently and deftly. On the basis of his work, my neighbors and I who share a driveway hired Scott to do winter plowing for us. As folks might know, some potential downsides of that can include scraping up gravel and dumping it at the end of a driveway, or plowing when there’s not enough snow to warrant the work.
