"Repair crew arrived early in the morning. Crew dug 7 holes for piers. One hole required the breaking of concrete on small portion of my driveway. Piers were installed and the crew worked in unison to ratchet up foundation. Holes were filled including the one which required the breaking of concrete. New concrete was poured to repair the driveway. This project required the contractor to go into the neighbor's backyard because I live a zero lot. "Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed.
