"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. "Hired them to replace a stepping stones set in grass curved pathway with an updated bluestone set in concrete path. Vinny was very responsive, estimate was reasonable, he used our existing bluestone and bought additional stones that matched perfectly. His Father is a true stone craftsman! The job was started and completed as promised. Since the new pathway turned out absolutely beautiful, we immediately hired them to upgrade our old cement entrance sidewalk with a a bluestone sidewalk. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "Gino and his team did a great job!! I tried to do this project alone and realized I was not up to the task. Gino came to our home on Sunday because he realized, I was in trouble. Gino and team did the excavation, concrete base then built a beautiful paver patio well above our expectations. He was honest, helpful and charged a very fair price. He made us feel very comfortable and did not take advantage of us knowing the predicament and poor shape of our backyard was in after I tried to do this project myself. The very same day he came to assess the job, he realized my backyard needed to be fixed ASAP. Gino started up the skid steer I rented, rolled up his sleeves and said, “Let’s get this backyard into shape and then we will talk numbers. "Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"I hired Jersey Pro to fix my cracked wall, which is built upon a partial old foundation, with stucco. Angelo and his team, Loca and Jimmy, are easy going, wonderful to work with. Angelo and his team are so pleasant, professional and detailed orientated. Angelo is so patient, and explainted all details and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. Plus, he gave a quite reasonable price. I’d like Jersey Pro help me solve the major wall cracks and some other repairing jobs, such as, fissures on the concrete sidewalk, pop-up vinyl siding, tiny cracks on the steps, etc. Angelo and his team not only did excellent work for all of these on time, they also clean all debris. Anyone who has experience with contactors may have concern on their punctuality. Angelo and his team are excellent on that. The first time when Angelo came over to evaluate the project, he called me let me know he may be late about 30min. Then he came exactly the time he promised. On the 1st day of the project, Angelo said they would come around 9:00 am. In that morning at 9:00 o’clock, a pile of well stacked cement already loaded on my driveway!!! On the 2nd day of the project, Angelo’s team showed up at 8:30 am and started the job on perfect time. After all, I like Angelo and his team for their professional, excellent and punctual service, details oriented working attitude, and reasonable price. It was pleasant to work with Jersey Pro. "I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects.
