"We had lived in Mystic, CT for 18 years so we didn't know the local paving contractors when we purchased our property in York, Maine three years ago; therefore, when I needed a paving contractor, we went to Home Advisor. New England ABC had 15 reviews and I believe all were 5 star reviews! I called them and spoke to Jason who came to our home to review the project and give us an estimate. We looked at the sq.ft. itemized estimates and I though it was a very fair price. We called Jason back to check his schedule and we planned and performed the work within two weeks. Jason called to confirm the work schedule and completed the driveway work as quoted along with some additional detail. The time-frame, price, performance, and quality exceeded our expectations. "It went flawlessly. The three guys arrived on time and made fast work of disassembling our granite slab front steps, by hand. They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. I could not be happier with the completed results of these three too-hard-for-us projects. Excellent work by three very hardworking professionals!"

"Morton Excavation was GREAT! I asked for 2 estimates, one with a small retaining wall, one without. After receiving the estimates, I contacted Morton and asked how soon could they get started? “Next week, and we should be done in a couple days.” They did have to put me off for one day, but they completed the job in 2 days, cleaned up the work area, and did an excellent job. Thanks!!"

I have worked for Public and Private Oganizations as a Resident Project Inspector throughout My career managing and performing inspections on the Construction of major Water, Wastewater, Road and Bridge Projects in excess of Fifty Million Dollars. I am a very detail oriented and hard to satisfy person when performing My inspections and dealing with Contractors. I demand High Quality work and Contractor/Client relations. I have no regrets hiring Capital Construction to perform the siding work on My Home in Wareham, Ma. Beginning with Chris , who convinced Me to hire Capital to perform the work; Jay who managed the work, the workers who performed the work and of course Jean and Louise, the Office Staff.
