It has been a joy working with Nate and his father Sam of Veli Construction LLC. They replaced my very old deck of many many years of neglect in the rear of my house. The project was started and completed within the estimated time frame. They were easy to work with, very responsive, very professional and very courteous throughout the planning and building process. Itâ s been such a pleasure working with Nelson and his team. We had a lot of ideas and requests for our patio and he accommodated everything to make it perfect. Erlian took his time to explain how he was planning to perform the work. This repair job was turned down or never followed through by other contractors in the area, some with high ratings on Home Advisor. The repair was performed as promised and on schedule.

Had to initiate the communication more often than not; I was told I?d be contacted at a certain time, but never got a call. But when they finally did the job, it was done well & quickly.

John does great work and is a great person. We hired John for a decent-sized patio, grill and fire pit re-build project in Montclair, and he listened and adjusted to what we wanted. He was always timely, did exactly what he said he would (and even went the extra mile), and followed up on any and all concerns we had as the project was underway. He did all of this in line with his quoted time frame and price. We were very happy and immediately had him do some needed sidewalk repair as well, at our request. John is professional, hard-working and dependable. John and his team were respectful when working on site, and we had zero issues. Additionally, he was always reachable via phone/text. We hired Paul's team to remove an old concrete patio and replace it with Cambridge pavers. His team did a really nice job. They moved the hot tub off and then back onto the patio, took away all the old concrete and were careful to protect the lawn/yard as they went in and out of the yard. Nice job, very clean and very easy to work with. Paul gave an estimate for cost and scheduling and was very proactive throughout the entire process. Would hire him again without hesitation.

Used them to replace steps. Crew did an excellent job and took the time to do it right. Neighbors complementing me on the work and another contractor that was next door complemented the work also. Very Satisfied, Freddy was very professional and always in contact with us. He also recommended a reputable company for the railings and followed up on that.

Masonry by Tommy listened to our needs and offered ideas to make it better. He offers the best quality work. The workers are very professionals, polite, and neat. Their attention to detail and the appearance of their finished work is the best we have ever seen. In repointing old brick and laying concrete slabs, they matched the color of our 20-year-old masonry. I would highly recommend Tommy to everyone!

We hired this company for a small bathroom; taking up the existing tile and installing new tile. Absolutely a pleasure to work with and the work itself was excellent. Punctual, very clean, meticulous and reasonably priced. “Precise” is a perfect name for them! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.
