"Ron and his son showed up on time and stayed on the job till it was completed. It wasn't a very big job, but the patio turned out picture perfect. I had a bare concrete patio that measured right at 700 sq. feet. Ron came this morning and pressure washed the job then applied an acrylic basecoat. They waited around till it was dry and then sprayed on a grout color that I had previously chosen. When that dried they laid out 2' by 2' foot squares using some tape. Together they sprayed an acrylic texture to the deck, then used trowels to even it out. Ron and his son when to lunch and came back after it was all try and painted in the main color I chose. The job came out spectacular! Ron cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a bit of trash for me to have to clean up after him. The price was fair and the service was even better. I would defiantly hire him again or recommend him to a friend. Thanks Ron!"

"I met wit Bill Brown who reviewed my project and advised that what i wanted done with concrete would not fix the issue. He advised me of a simple fix that I could do to remedy the problem. He was very through in his assessment and spent time explaining the pros and cons of my project. I would use this company, especially Bill Brown, if ever I had a need for their services in the future."

"Jared squeezed me in when he had 4-5 hour window, as I was looking for a quick install before my house painting. His team arrived on time and I went over everything with Cody. He explained everything they would be doing. They cleared all weeds, leveled where needed and then installed ground covering. Covering was put around and between all all shrubs, as well as the open areas in front of them. Then proceeded to install 8 cubic yards of 1 1/2" tan river rock. It was a large job and they did an excellent job. They didn't make a mess and cleaned up after finishing the job. Highly recommended, as it's nice to work with people that care how they do their job. Thank you Jared, Cody, Alex and your hard working team."

"Dan does an excellent job and has vast experience in this field. He got my system up and running properly and had very good recommendations for other parts of my landscaping project. Quality work done right the first time. Thanks so much Dan!"
Figuring out how many bars you need isn’t a one-size-fits-all equation. A structural engineer or experienced concrete contractor will look at your slab’s thickness, the loads it must carry, and local code requirements, then run the numbers for you. That quick consultation protects your budget and keeps the finished slab safe, level, and up to code.
Match the metal to the job. For light, thin pours like a sidewalk, welded wire mesh often does the trick. Thicker slabs—driveways, garage floors, foundations—usually call for traditional steel bars. If your site sees salt, humidity, or coastal spray, spend the extra cash on galvanized or stainless steel to fend off rust and avoid future repairs. When in doubt, a concrete pro can confirm the best fit for your project and budget.
Stainless steel costs more up front, but the alloy can last 75 years or longer with little to no rust. That longevity means fewer repairs, less maintenance, and peace of mind for structures exposed to salt, moisture, or de-icing chemicals. If you’re pouring near the coast or in a humid climate, the extra dollars now can save you multiple replacements down the road.
An engineer will review the slab’s thickness, span, soil conditions, and expected loads, then specify bar size, spacing, and grade. Skipping that step or guessing can leave you with cracked concrete or a blown budget. For a modest consultation fee, a local engineer or contractor can do the math and hand you a rebar schedule that meets code and keeps your project on solid footing.
