We did an entire house renovation several years ago, but I've never seen a transformation like what Kyle, Chet, and Jake performed today when they encapsulated underneath my house. Not only does the work look impeccable, they even showed up 2 days early after finishing another job to get a jump on my project. They were on time, and worked the entire day. I don't think they even took a lunch break. The customer service was great too. Anytime I approached them with a question or request, they would take off their masks and lights, and I would tell them "Man you don't have to do all that.", they would respond with "No. It's ok. We always have time for the customer.". They were extremely polite and informative about what was happening. This is a great company with great employees who care about the work they're doing. I was in need of a brick mailbox that needed to be replaced and some work done to my brick front porch steps. From initial contact through to job completion Rose kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. Hubbard went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. My color of brick was no longer available through ACME, but they worked with me and found several colors and asked me which one was closest to my desired color. Hubbard kept looking and found the color I was satisfied with and to me that speaks volumes in wanting to ensure you meet your customer's needs. The estimates provided up front were fair and very reasonable, and the work was completed in the timeframe estimated. I can truly say the job Hubbard did is stunning! "Redeemers Group was prompt, courteous, and professional all around. I called regarding cracked bricks on the outside of our home, concerning for a foundation issue. Scheduling was easy. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and who would show up to our house. The day of inspection Jay called 15 minutes before arrival, and arrived exactly on schedule. He and a colleague (Kirk) were courteous and professional. They even took their shoes off in the house, which my wife loved. They visually inspected the area of concern, and performed professional measurements using a leveled tripod laser. Jay and Kirk determined the crack was due to construction and we had no current foundation problem. They provided advice for keeping water away from our home, and for monitoring the foundation over time. The company also sent a detailed foundation package in the mail so I could read on the topic before the inspection. Overall fantastic experience and I would recommend to those in need of a foundation inspection or repair estimate."
