"I had a great experience with Low Cost Concrete! Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. I will definitely use Terrance again if I have future concrete projects."

"I got them off of Angie's List. Mr. Birge's whole family and whole crew are very congenial people, and they do their best. We got into some trouble, because of rain when they were pouring the concrete. They tried to fix it, but it didn't fix properly. The cement peeled off. They came back and tried to fix it, but it peeled off. But the cement they put again was of a different color, and so my driveway looks like a quilt. He lived up to his obligation, he was very righteous in doing what he did, and he did not let me down thus far, except for the last patchwork that is a different color. The price was reasonable."

"Randy Peters was very professional and did an outstanding job applying epoxy / flaked floor. Work entailed considerable grinding on the old concrete floor to prepare it for the new epoxy application. Randy applied several coats of epoxy as well as adding the flakes. He worked two days on the floor and then returned the following week to follow up and make sure the floor had properly dried. Randy and his partner were a joy to have working on this project. I highly recommend Floor Groomers. Many neighbors are now wanting to apply epoxy in their garages. Everyone has been amazed at the results of the new floor. Wow. From start to finish, this company is the total package. It's clear from the first call that they understand business, customer service and they know what they're doing. They are true professionals.

I called because my home is a "repaired sinkhole home" and there's an area of the back patio that's sunken in a bit and has developed over the past several months. I was concerned. The courtesy and professionalism over the very first phone call was reassuring and frankly, surprising. I was able to ask questions and get complete answers. An appointment was made for Fred to come out and check the area in question. I received an email confirming the appointment along with Fred's info and photo to allow me to easily identify him upon arrival. Fred checked in with me the day before the appointment, and called again prior to arrival. It was nice, because he was able to come a little earlier and he was considerate to call and ask permission. Once Fred arrived, he was kind and helpful. He took time to really explain things for me, and even though my "concern" was really without justification, he seemed genuinely pleased to help rather than being annoyed by a call that didn't result in any business.

Based on Fred's knowledge, we can remedy this minor situation ourselves. However, if we would need any type of service LRE is able to provide in the future, I would absolutely hire this company. It's hard to find a business that really knows how to wow a customer. LRE definitely impressed me!
