"We hired Ardian/Home Line Construction after meeting with 3 companies (we actually had a 4th estimate scheduled, but they never showed up for the appt.) to repair our front sidewalk. We ended up totally replacing it, as well as the walkway along the side of our house, where it meets the foundation. Once the front sidewalk was excavated, we realized that we needed to re-build the retaining wall for the front garden bed, because the wood wall was rotted at the bottom and the dirt was pushing it over. Ardian is a hard worker and has a lot of pride in his work. He also cares a lot about the customer being happy with the end-result! As our project continued to evolve, he was fair and flexible to work with. So, we added a new stone-faced retaining wall with a bluestone cap to our project, which led to us re-facing the front of our house with stucco and stone, as well as repairing/re-facing the front steps and the mailbox post, with matching stone and bluestone caps. It looks like a whole new house! My friends and family, as well as passing neighbors, are amazed by the transformation... talk about curb appeal! The attention to detail made such a big difference! "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. In the end, we could not be happier with the job. It was done quickly, with a transferable warranty, at a great price, and Jimmy was very professional and easy to communicate with. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"I hired Jersey Pro to fix my cracked wall, which is built upon a partial old foundation, with stucco. Angelo and his team, Loca and Jimmy, are easy going, wonderful to work with. Angelo and his team are so pleasant, professional and detailed orientated. Angelo is so patient, and explainted all details and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. Plus, he gave a quite reasonable price. I’d like Jersey Pro help me solve the major wall cracks and some other repairing jobs, such as, fissures on the concrete sidewalk, pop-up vinyl siding, tiny cracks on the steps, etc. Angelo and his team not only did excellent work for all of these on time, they also clean all debris. Anyone who has experience with contactors may have concern on their punctuality. Angelo and his team are excellent on that. The first time when Angelo came over to evaluate the project, he called me let me know he may be late about 30min. Then he came exactly the time he promised. On the 1st day of the project, Angelo said they would come around 9:00 am. In that morning at 9:00 o’clock, a pile of well stacked cement already loaded on my driveway!!! "I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects. He also installed drywall in the basement, replaced an exterior fireproof door, cut through with concrete saw / framing, refinished cinder block wall with mesh / cement, painted walls, painted cement floor, power-washed chimney, filled gaps with mortar. He is very knowledgeable, does great work and is very detail oriented.
