David refers to himself as a ‘concrete nerd’. I don’t think I’ve ever met one, but this term should serve as well-deserved flattery that he and his workers can enjoy. "The estimater responded to my enquiry quickly and scheduled the site review and estimate promptly. The estimate was provided very quickly and was highly competitive. Setting up the contract and down payment was smooth and efficient and the project was scheduled. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which complicated schedule, project work and inspections. However, weather, timing and execution finally aligned and the project was completed very satisfactory. Copies of completed slab and footers attached. Also the slab is perfectly level (pictures) as shown. So are the shed footers and foundation."
