"We had a deck completely torn down and rebuilt with an addition added to the original plans. Stairs were also added to go out to the yard, and to the pool area with new railings, and a scenic iron insert added to the deck sitting area. The crew worked long hours and were very dedicated to the job. This was a major project that turned out beautiful when it was completed in November of 2017. Unfortunately, in May the fascia composite boards began to warp due to the heat and the need for more screws to hold the wood in place so we contacted Daniel, the owner. After talking with him and sending pictures he said he would be out to repair the issues. After many attempts for over a month, Daniel never came back out to the house to fix the deck issues. We had to hire another carpenter to correct the problem. Due to the owner's lack of responsibility and follow-up I would caution anyone who is planning a project to hire this contractor. Keep in mind we would have gladly paid for his services if he would have ever showed up."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine.
