Written estimate and great communication skills - I appreciate being able to understand him clearly. Safe - I was concerned about working around wires and potential damage to structures. It is very refreshing to work with an owner who runs his company with integrity. "Will came out to the house on Sunday and was hired on the spot. He immediately understood the situation, and explained what had to be done. The work started Tuesday morning and was finished the next day. The price was good and, given the scope of the project, more than acceptable. The attached photos show the displacement of the block wall, and the finished product. The 20 foot section was taken down to the footings and rebuilt better than the original with rebar and concrete and tied in to the existing wall. The area was cleaned up and nothing was left behind.
