John was extremely easy to contact and returned calls immediately. He came for an estimate right away. He was extremely personable, and friendly. When he began the job we were not home and while he thought that we needed to replace our cesspool, he actually found that we didn't need to and he ended up installing 2 new concrete covers on our cesspools and replace the line between the main and overflow tank.  This actually cost us over $1,000.00 LESS than he had originally estimated. Since we were not home, quite frankly, he could have told us anything and charged us anything but he is honest and a true professional. He is EXTREMELY honest, personable and efficient.
