"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). "Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."
