"When Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew arrived, I showed him the corner of the garage that I had forgotten to show him on his first visit, where there was some sort of a drainage issue that had evolved over time. He was able to give me an adjusted price on the spot to replace the apron of the garage, re-angled to an existing drain. When the crew broke through the old apron of the garage, they found that water from the broken drain had eroded quite a bit of the earth and timber supporting the corner. Mr. DeBenedetto prescribed filling the void with concrete, and was able to adjust his price a third time to include the new materials. When all was said and done (over 2 days), Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew completed two major jobs, one completely unanticipated (not in the original price) in a quite reasonable amount of time for a very fair price. The workmanship of the masonry and drainage work is excellent. The crew was pleasant and obvioulsy quite skilled. Overall an excellent outcome to major work. I would recommend Mr. Debenedetto withot hesitation."

So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic.
