"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. "We hired Ardian/Home Line Construction after meeting with 3 companies (we actually had a 4th estimate scheduled, but they never showed up for the appt.) to repair our front sidewalk. We ended up totally replacing it, as well as the walkway along the side of our house, where it meets the foundation. Once the front sidewalk was excavated, we realized that we needed to re-build the retaining wall for the front garden bed, because the wood wall was rotted at the bottom and the dirt was pushing it over. Ardian is a hard worker and has a lot of pride in his work. He also cares a lot about the customer being happy with the end-result! As our project continued to evolve, he was fair and flexible to work with. So, we added a new stone-faced retaining wall with a bluestone cap to our project, which led to us re-facing the front of our house with stucco and stone, as well as repairing/re-facing the front steps and the mailbox post, with matching stone and bluestone caps. It looks like a whole new house! My friends and family, as well as passing neighbors, are amazed by the transformation... talk about curb appeal! The attention to detail made such a big difference! "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "Josh and his crew poured a beautiful concrete patio extension and put in new stair caps and rails on our back steps for us just before Memorial day. He came several times over two days to supervise . The workers were very skilled and did a beautiful job. They dug out and leveled the area. They used reinforced wire mesh and pitched the concrete pad well , so we did not have to worry about rainwater getting into in the house. The rails are sturdy, and the cap stones on the steps were leveled with precision . The rail had caps that shed water away so that no rain could get between the rail and stone, to avoid damage from water freezing in winter. I wish I could post pictures. He also repointed our chimney and cleaned our gutters. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy on their departure. I highly recommend them for doing quality work at a reasonable price!"
