"I had cracks filled in. I was glad they used a hot pour and it seems like it did the job. The application was a little sloppy so that was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience. They were prompt. I did use a credit card and called them to make sure they accepted them. I was told yes so I used one. The next day I got a call about a charge for using the card and they stated they would split the charge with me. All costs should have been discussed up front. When I did bring up my concerns they seemed very willing to make everything right. All I wanted was for them to listen and acknowledge my concerns and they definitely did that. Very good customer service."
