Their estimate was well within the guidelines that sites like HomeAdvisor indicated I should expect. Dennis and crew were on site immediately the next day and had superb site preparation. Today, the concrete was poured and finished so quickly I didnâ t even here the effort from my home office. "We have a large 3-car garage with concrete floor in our Atlanta home we decided to have sealed and coated. After checking with a number of sites which rate companies performing this work, we settled on Guardian Garage Floors for their high ratings and positive reviews. Their salesman Charlie came out and quoted the job, and went through all of the color choices Guardian offers. After settling on the right look, we scheduled an appointment with their installation team. The team arrived on time in a truck and trailer which they positioned outside the garage and went to work. It was a three-person crew led by a highly experienced tech also named Charlie! It was an all-day event, started at 7:00 a.m. and went non-stop to 3:00 p.m. The completed polymer coating looks great and we'll wait a few days as recommended before moving our cars and other items back in the garage. Guardian Garage Floors did exactly as they promised, did a great cleanup after the installation, and we are extremely happy with their staff, their product line, and their installation employees. "We had an incredible experience with Jonathan and his crew. From the first meeting to the proposed design and through the project, we were very pleased and impressed with the process. We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. We also had a drainage issue down our fence line and an existing flower bed that was falling apart. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old. The project took less than a week once they started, and we had rain during that time period that could have slowed them down. We love the new additions to our back yard"

"Outstanding repair that saved me thousands of dollars. Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. Outstanding young men, all. I will ask them to return for a couple smaller driveway slab repairs. Most strongly recommended! Dave O."

"Jeff and his crew were great. We had a couple companies come out and give us estimates but they seemed to be "guessing" on how best to install a retaining wall to stop erosion. Jeff knew exactly what we needed. They were effecient and cleaned up quickly. The ONLY knock I would have was they worked so quickly, they already had the all the sod laid before I could make sure the dirt had been racked out evenly. We have a few high and low spots in the yard. Otherwise a perfect job! Definitely would use again and recommend to friends."
