"I had the walkway from the house replaced, plus widened along with the entire driveway and sidewalks in front of the house during the last week of April and first week of May this year (2026). The previous concrete areas had shifted, sunk, along with cracking and tilling due to age, wear and tear plus multiple city water main breaks in the 50 years since the house was originally built. He used all of his own equipment to remove the old concrete, setting up forms based on what we wanted enlarged in some areas and the setting up of the rebar, scheduling the delivery of concrete and getting the new wet concrete throughout where it was needed without damaging areas outside of the desired work spaces. "In October we hired Los Tres Gudinos to brick our porch steps, walkway, planter tops and the concrete around the pillars on our front porch and it was no easy task as they were trying to match the existing brick which is about 90 years old. Eduardo bent over backwards bringing us numerous examples of bricks and mortar so we could get just the right look. Although we told them we weren't on a time crunch, we did want it finished by Thanksgiving. Due to the abnormal amount of rain we've had lately, they were not able to get started until the week before Thanksgiving, but his crew worked diligently and professionally and finished in three days.
