The swimming pool was in our backyard with narrow access from the front of the house. He used a mini bobcat to do all the work and was able to maneuver his bobcat between the gate, wall and AC unit. Jim worked with our strict HOA rules and kept his work hours in-line with the city guide lines. He was very nice, professional, polite, kind and performed all the work as agreed upon.
