"We waited probably longer than we should have to write this review, (but better late than never, Ernesto!) We were very impressed with the immediate work begun upon our acceptance of their reasonable quote, and did not stop til the big job was complete! All the workmen were polite, dressed in uniform, matching logos on everything, and on business cards, website, instagram, facebook, signboards, new trucks - very impressive! Hard to say what impressed us the most about the owner, Ernesto Fernandez - not just a landscaper with a business - Ernesto has VISION - he is a true landscape architect! He envisioned what we were not able to imagine in our lovely back yard on the water, complete with existing quaint detached gazebo. Once the connecting gazebo wall, (leading to flower beds) and additional back patio was added, they installed a dedicated irrigation system to the flower beds then at the end filled all the beds with the most colorful array of summer flowers, plants and even a row of Cyprus trees which created a natural wall of beauty. They installed a neat wiring system on the back wall so that ivy and climbing flowers could grow and even came back when some of the sprinkler heads needed adjustments, and at the end, replaced the heavily trafficked grass area with new sod. We have been enjoying his work for the entire summer. Now that fall is here, we easily replaced some of the existing fading summer colors with deep colored flowers and added new mulch to freshen up what was done in May. And in a day or two, we had it looking amazing and were able to do it all ourselves! Ernesto has many photos of our property we'd love for you to see. Everyone who sees the work is amazed at how lovely it turned out and some, when they see only the pictures, don't believe it is our backyard - they think it is a park on a lake! IT IS PERFECT!! THANK YOU for everything, Ernesto - fantastic job!!!"

"They came to my house on Tuesday and helped me with the size of a porch and cost and started on the project Wednesday and finished on Thursday. I was told what should not be done on the concrete for the next couple of days which I was thankful for. The gate to my back yard had fallen apart about 3 weeks ago and i asked them if they new anyone that fixed gates and lo and behold they did so I had them put in a new gate and they did an excellent job on that also."

"We had Innovations DOD install pave stones to widen our driveway and replace the concrete walkway connecting the driveway to the front door. The results were amazing. I spent time working with Alma to pick the right shape and color of the pave stone and her crew banged it out in 3 days in the Summer heat. Couldn t be more pleased with the quality and workmanship....they earned every bit of five stars !"

"Projects are usually some compromise between speed of delivery, quality and cost. For my driveway replacement, MD Construction was impressive in terms of speed of delivery. I got lucky: the following week was busy, but for the current week they happened to be available... the next day. They completed the work in two days, when they budgeted three days (always better not to disappoint). They provided regular checkpoints where they would explain what they were doing, what was coming next and when they expected to finish. Cost was where I expected it to be, not too expensive but not cheap either. As far as I can tell so far, quality is there. The concrete evolved when drying just the way they explained it would. When I asked around for recommendations for concrete work, none of my neighbors dared giving me names. Well I have a name, now."

"I had a chain link fence that required two posts to be replaced. They both had a lot of old concrete that had to be removed before new posts could be installed. Luis worked diligently to completely remove the old concrete and get the new posts and gate installed. It was a very difficult repair. I would highly recommend Luis for any fencing project and I will be using him again in the future. Definitely five stars."
