He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. After reading the other reviews and watching Eric work - It's clear to see... A little bit of Eric goes into each of his projects and you can see his sense of pride in a serving others with a job well done."

"Very quick response time. This was a fairly small patio job and due to HOA constraints couldnâ t use big machines. Still, they got it done in one day. They had great design suggestions and went beyond my expectations. They even added some dirt around the stepping stones and tamped it down, which was not included in the work order, just to improve the appearance next to the patio. PLUS, the crew was respectful and good natured when I changed my mind about the steppingstones placement as they were laying them down."

"My husband and I are so impressed with Ruben and his crew. We hired them to build our retaining walls and landscape the front yard of our new build and put sprinklers and lawn in the back. We gave him a photo of the look and feel we were going for and let him have at it. When we came back to see the finished front yard, we were so impressed that we hired them to go ahead and landscape the backyard as well instead of just doing the sprinklers and lawn. "I hired everything gardens to do a small but big retaining wall job which consisted of removing around 40 railroad ties which was the old retaining wall, and replace them with nice block wall and 4â cyclone fence on top. The retaining wall was the side of my RV parking pad. They did a great job from beginning to end, and would defiantly use them again and refer them to others! Great job guys! And thanks again!!"

The process first involved the removal of a wood elevated deck. From excavation, grading, setting forms to the final pour. Everything was on schedule . "We hired Lavu Concrete to expand our driveway so we could get our cars off a busy, narrow street, and a concrete sidewalk to my side yard. The crew showed up early and worked very hard. After I saw the workmanship of a planter his brother installed, I asked him to do a flagstone path through my yard. Sam quoted me a price, and his word is gold. Right before the concrete pour, the lateral sewer line was blocked, because of tree roots. Not anything they did. We had to replace the lateral which is buried 3-5 feet below ground. Everyone said we were lucky it happened before the pour. Thank God! Through all the postponement with the concrete company because of the plumbersâ schedule and weather, owner Sam kept his cool . He and his brother made the driveway and paths beautiful. Wish he did other kind of work or wish I had more work for his company. His price is fair. Heâ s knowledgeable, brother and worker were hardworking. Local business and large enough to work out any problems that might come up along the way like redoing the planter after the plumber came to install the new cleanout."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
