My two story ohana unit sits on a hillside behind the family house that is only accessible by foot, a fairly good hike up the cement stairs. Built in the early 60's the leftside foundation dropped about 5 inches. Tim assured me they can secure the foundation. The crew worked really hard having to walk up and down carrying equipment and disposing bucket loads of broken cement. Throughout the whole process of demolishing, securing foundation and rebuilding the ohana unit leftside corner wall the crew's attitude was positively solid! Each day the crew kept the work area safe and clean. I am very pleased w/ the outcome, "Job Well Done!" I highly recommend Foundation Systems of Hawaii."
