"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. I would work with him again for tiling work in the future. I recommend him highly. Call him before talking to anybody else, you will be happy."

We then hired him this past summer to build a 960 sf paver patio and masonry wall. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "Gino and his team did a great job!! I tried to do this project alone and realized I was not up to the task. Gino came to our home on Sunday because he realized, I was in trouble. Gino and team did the excavation, concrete base then built a beautiful paver patio well above our expectations. He was honest, helpful and charged a very fair price. He made us feel very comfortable and did not take advantage of us knowing the predicament and poor shape of our backyard was in after I tried to do this project myself. The very same day he came to assess the job, he realized my backyard needed to be fixed ASAP. Gino started up the skid steer I rented, rolled up his sleeves and said, “Let’s get this backyard into shape and then we will talk numbers. First, you need some help, then we will talk business.” I could tell he was not going to rip me off, but I knew he was just genuinely trying to help. "They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with. You really didnâ t feel like you had to change your day drastically because they were there. I also found them to be highly competitive!!! Bottom line that is what we look for. It is just an added bonus that they show up when they say they do (no flakers here!!) I have year to have cost overruns and they do a great job!!! I do not hesitate one bit in recommending them."

"Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"Hired them to replace a stepping stones set in grass curved pathway with an updated bluestone set in concrete path. Vinny was very responsive, estimate was reasonable, he used our existing bluestone and bought additional stones that matched perfectly. His Father is a true stone craftsman! The job was started and completed as promised. Since the new pathway turned out absolutely beautiful, we immediately hired them to upgrade our old cement entrance sidewalk with a a bluestone sidewalk. "I hired Jersey Pro to fix my cracked wall, which is built upon a partial old foundation, with stucco. Angelo and his team, Loca and Jimmy, are easy going, wonderful to work with. Angelo and his team are so pleasant, professional and detailed orientated. Angelo is so patient, and explainted all details and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. Plus, he gave a quite reasonable price. I’d like Jersey Pro help me solve the major wall cracks and some other repairing jobs, such as, fissures on the concrete sidewalk, pop-up vinyl siding, tiny cracks on the steps, etc. Angelo and his team not only did excellent work for all of these on time, they also clean all debris.
