They worked slowly, carefully, and thoughtfully to ensure the project was completed without causing any damage to my concrete slab. "It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. The owners and workers respected our concerns for our mature trees. Instead of machines tearing up our lawn, they hand dug the wall trenches. Each night they perfectly cleaned up the work site, our driveway, and the staging area in our circle. It was a unique experience and was much appreciated. They men were all very polite. "This outfit doesn't fool around. They get after it! They have know-how and good equipment. The crew was qualified and respectful of my environment. The project included driveway replacement, 20' front porch, 8x14 patio, sidewalks, & an A/C pad. The pad is on a slope, so stability was a major concern. I wasn't confident the other contractors I interviewed understood what was required. Rodriguez knew exactly what to do. And they were right. That A/C pad isn't going anywhere! This company has a dedicated project manager easily reached by phone or text to answer questions, confirm schedules, etc. I would definitely recommend Rodriguez Concrete.
