"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"It went flawlessly. The three guys arrived on time and made fast work of disassembling our granite slab front steps, by hand. They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. "Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"
