"There are certain trades that are very hard to find quality people to do residential jobs.   I contacted a lot of companies who said the job was too small.  J R Paving also does major commercial work but they returned my inquiry right away.  The owner explained he had a number of large jobs but if I could wait, he would do my driveway.  He took time to explain every step of the job including the grinding and removal of any tree roots.  They showed up precisely when he indicated they would start.  He checked in after to give follow up instructions and said he would be by to inspect the work which he did.

"I have been an Angi fan for many years and take these comments very seriously. We have hired this company to perform our seasonal landscape clean up and mulch for at least 5 seasons. The property takes over 20 yards of mulch and they never cut corners. Always working hard to get the plant beds cleaned and the edging correct before laying mulch. After reviewing photos of their work on paver patios and walkways, this year we hired them to repair an 18 year old paver patio with two separate walkways and staircases. This was a lot of work. Most other contractors just wanted to tear it all out and start over. They agreed to tackle the job for us. It is apparent that sometimes it is just as difficult to repair something than to build it new. They demonstrated their skill level by providing us with an excellent job. Also, the owner and the crew are very trustworthy. Most importantly, Ismael’s attitude towards business is to satisfy his customer. "They were very meticulous in pouring and finishing the concrete sidewalk. They sealed the concrete to protect from heavy road salt. They replaced dirt and restored my lawn to the previous condition. This crew shows up a scheduled time for the job, gets their own permits, and schedules inspections. We love our new sidewalk. It’s perfect!"

"We cannot say enough about Plymouth Nursery. Since the project was completed last week, we have spent some time each day sitting on our new front porch admiring the beautiful work they did. Start to finish, the project went perfectly. It began with Joe meeting with me to talk through possible designs. We wanted to have our dated stepping stone pathway replaced with EP Henry pavers. We used to have a concrete slab at our front door with a covered porch. Joe suggested that they continue the pavers over top of the existing concrete slab. That had never occurred to us but as soon as he suggested it, we agreed it was a great idea. Then a couple weeks later, he came by again and showed me a large plot of the computer drawing that they had created of our proposed design. I was so impressed with the professional quality of it - it looked just like our house but with all new landscaping. We did get a couple other quotes just to be sure we were being diligent in our search for contractors but it was a no-brainer decision to go with these guys. The project started on time and finished on time and everything went very smoothly. After they started laying the pavers I changed my mind about the pattern and wanted to add a border. I know this added a bit of rework and required them to get extra pavers in the border color but Joe made the change and didn't even charge me extra for it. The end result is beautiful, it came out far better than we even hoped it would. And having the pavers continue onto the front porch makes it feel like we have a whole new patio to enjoy. So to summarize, they do great work, they communicate very well, they are very reasonably priced, and they even take Visa (for no additional fee). How can you go wrong???"
