"I loved working with Modesto and his son. When you hire Modesto, he does the work and is on the job doing what you paid him for and more. He is very attentive to your every need and you would never go wrong hiring him. His prices are extremely reasonable and the work comes out perfect. My wife and I were delighted with his work."

"Sundek installed a new pool deck in July 2013. Great job, no issues, 100% positive.
Our property seems to be more susceptible to ground expansion/contraction than usual, compared to our neighbors. Living in the house for twenty seven years I've seen more cracks develop in surfaces, from the garage floor, driveway, walkways, pool deck, and swimming pool walls than I ever thought reasonable even for South Florida.  The houses here were all built at the same time, by the same builder in the late seventies. There's never been anything disastrous, but certainly noticeable.
Our new Sundek installation was no exception.
Hairline cracks appeared, grew larger with seasonal changes. Cracks in the original concrete base were noticed when two previous layers of  material were removed/repaired  prior to the Sundek install.
Sundek's warranty covered any problems caused by poor application, defective material, etc. For obvious reasons, underlying issues not created by Sundek
were not covered.
When I called Corey at Sundek for advice he stopped by the following day for a look. He was surprised by the amount of cracks, some of which were three feet long. He spent some time examining the deck looking for areas that might not have been properly applied. We found nothing suspicious, no hollow spots,
etc.
I asked for any DIY suggestions, or a ballpark figure for patching and repainting the fifteen or so assorted cracks.
He sympathized with my problem and explained that this was their busiest time with a backup of six weeks for work already contracted. If I could wait awhile until he had a crew in the area, he'd have someone come by and see what they could do.
I agreed, and their was no discussion of payment at that time.
About three weeks later,  two of Sundek's men showed up, said they were finishing a job nearby and went to check the deck out. We walked the perimeter
and found close to twenty cracks. After explaining what they would do, they got to work and spent about an hour in the ninety degree afternoon sun meticulously repairing and repainting all the damage. I'm sorry I didn't get their names because they were professional, neat, efficient and really good
technicians.
Sundek didn't charge anything for the work or materials, even though they could have, and I would have gladly paid to have the work done.
I'm happy to recommend them as reliable, efficient and dependable. And a special thanks to Corey who really is a good guy. Sundek's customer care is second to none, and I appreciate their goodwill and after-the-sale service.

"Wonderful service from start to finish. All of the people I dealt with at Cornerstone Solutions were true professionals that offered great guidance and support throughout the project. It is so beautiful many of my neighbors are calling for quotes to replace their concrete driveways with pavers. Thank you for a terrific job that is simply gorgeous."

"I was extremely happy with the concrete work. I have recommended them to all my neighbors"

"Having received several quotes to relay our paver walkway that was destroyed for a plumbing job and having dealt with so much delay on other numerous house projects, i very pleasantly surprised by A1 Pavers and Concrete's efficiency. The quote and actual completion of the project took a mere 3 days. Andy's quote was very fair and his communication with both myself and my husband was extrodinary and professional. Somehow, we lost almost 1/3 of our pavers - A1 was able to provide us with a near perfect match to our existing pavers. Though the cost of our project increased due to this dilemma, their price for the pallet of pavers was amazing. Honestly, if we would've met A1 Pavers and Concrete before today, we would've hired them for ALL our concrete and paver needs. Don't look any further and hire A1 Pavers and Concrete! You will not have any regrets. Our only regret is not having found them before now!"

"Gavin Gordon was super professional and a great help in answering all our questions prior to the foundation raise. Then Anthony and George arrived on site and very quickly raised the concrete around our pool that had settled over time. We had no issues during the service and are very pleased with the final look of the concrete - we canâ t believe how much the concrete was raised. We would recommend Alpha Foudations all day every day!"

"Terra did a wonderful job on my back yard. It was a mess and now it's a resort! Javier came out and went over the job which involved some extra work to remove old pavers and broken old concrete pads. His estimate was professional and detailed. It stated the exact specifications of the job right down to the quantity of filler sand they needed to level the area. I knew what I was buying. No guess work. That's what earned Javier my business. I'd received quotes from 2 other companies that were not detailed or said something like: " X square ft Paver near pool...." Not precise like Terra's quote. Javier also took the time to show me several options on the pavers so we got the look we wanted. The installation was quick and neat. The patio looks great AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS! No debris or trash was left on my property! Hire these guys!"

"Got the job done. Recommended another option which was some much better (all cement over pavers) & I couldn’t ask for a better outcome."

"Great work at a fair price. I would highly recommend All-Rite Paving Very professional , overall excellent experience.."

"They did exceptional work installing paving stones for my patio and walkway. Extremely nice people. Polite professional, they show up on time, they always get back to you right away when you contact them. The work they did was exactly what I wanted and they charged a fair price. A pleasure doing business with them."
